Fundamental
Accelith analyzes listed companies on the basis of their fundamental business and financial data. The focus is on the strength of the business model, the durability of competitive advantages, and long-term earnings power. Each analysis follows a consistent methodological framework and combines quantitative financial analysis with a company-specific assessment. Valuation is anchored in long-term earnings potential rather than short-term price movements.
Quality and Valuation
The focus is on companies with resilient competitive advantages that sustain their economic strength across a full market cycle. Key criteria include returns on invested capital that remain above the cost of capital over time, the conversion of reported earnings into free cash flow, and a long-term approach to capital allocation by management.
Business quality and valuation are assessed separately. Even an outstanding company can be unattractive at too high a price. What ultimately matters is the relationship between estimated intrinsic value and the current market price.
Selectivity
The combination of high business quality and an attractive valuation is rare, particularly in demanding market environments. A full research report is therefore published only when a company meets all defined criteria; otherwise, the issue presents a watchlist instead.
